Services include: The C-HOPE program provides FREE counseling services to older adults in the Township who are 55 years or older. Please call Social Services at (630) 483-5660 to complete an Intake Form or for additional information, if interested. Social Services staff can screen for any state/government program such as LIHEAP, SNAP, Medicaid, Benefit Access, and are also trained SHIP counselors. SHIP counselors provide unbiased information in regards to the Medicare insurance and can help enroll, troubleshoot,
or answer any questions.

We enjoy sharing information about our services to older adults.
What is a health/wellness tip you would provide to participants related to your agency?
The Aging Services Nutrition division offers 3 healthy meals every day that can be picked up curbside. A fan favorite is “Rib Day” which happens on the last Friday of every month.

The Hanover Township website can provide information on all department services. The Aging Services Facebook page is a great place to find information on new and upcoming programs offered by the Aging Services department.
